J. Michael Crane
Michael is the President of Certified Realty Services, Inc. (CRS), a real estate service firm offering brokerage, appraisal, investment and development of real estate assets. In 1993, CRS opened a telecommunication consulting division and has performed thousands of antenna site development projects across the Southern United States for clients including AT&T Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, T-Mobile, Cingular, Cricket and others. Mr. Crane has also brokered thousands of residential, commercial and investment properties and is an active Real Estate Investor for his own account.
Michael has taught college credit courses and seminars in the Real Estate School at Austin Community College since 1993 and is a past member of the Real Estate Advisory Council. He is an instructor for the University of Texas Professional Development Center in small business topics. He received his Bachelor's Degree from St. Edward's University and has taken advanced valuation courses at the Appraisal Institute with special emphasis in valuation of Small Business Interests. He is a member of the Texas Real Estate Teacher's Association (TRETA), the Austin, and National, Association of Realtors, and is an approved MCE instructor by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
Elizabeth Crane
Elizabeth Crane is the Executive Vice President of Certified Realty Services and has been involved in the brokerage, management, and investment of Austin area properties since 1981. Elizabeth's special interest is in highest and best use studies and value-added conversions of under-utilized real properties. She is a respected designer and developer of living and work spaces and has a unique ability to find quality properties at value prices. Elizabeth graduated from the Vesper George School of Art in Boston, MA, and holds the GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) from the National Association of Realtors. She is a licensed Real Estate salesperson in Texas and a qualified yoga instructor.
Christopher Crane
Christopher Crane received his B.A. in Sociology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, in 1992 and graduated from the McCombs Business School at The University of Texas in 1997 with an M.B.A. in Information Technology. After graduation, Christopher was employed by the IBM Corporation as an IT Consultant before joining Certified Realty Services in early 2000. Chris is a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional with unique marketing and negotiating skills that allow his clients to get the optimal price for any property they buy or sell. His personal commitment to a long-term strategy of real estate investment makes him a valuable resource for his investment clients. Christopher has spent most of his life in Austin and is very intuitive regarding the city's real estate markets and sub-markets and the opportunities for wealth creation based on meticulous research and analysis. Chris also enjoys travel and has visited Europe, Asia, Africa, South and Central America and speaks fluent Spanish.

CRS has been in business in Austin since 1980 in multiple capacities of commercial real estate brokerage, investment, development and management. Chartered as a Texas Corporation in 1995, CRS has brokered thousands of homes and investment properties throughout Central Texas and has built a reputation for steadfast honesty, integrity, professional quality and consistent performance. Our principals include qualified appraisers, brokers, educators and developers. We have purposely kept our firm small so that we can protect our philosophy of quality over quantity. Our Primary Mission is to assist our clients in attaining financial freedom through successful investing in real estate.
